You are not thick, or sh*t at your job.
People with "silent challenges" are usually judged incorrectly and aren’t given the right support.
Companies have always tried to force me into a mold that doesn’t suit me. I don’t see the world that way and my skills have got lost on the way, rather than enhanced or acknowledged.
Employers need to stop trying to slot people into positions and instead start looking at their skills and utilise them in the best way.
SEE PEOPLE AS INDIVIDUALS, not job titles or numbers.
